Klopp has full responsibility for net spend. In the interview, he lauds Gordon and fsg, giving ammunition in full to the claim that he has full control.
He is a manager who wants to spend little and over achieve, it's what makes his reputation, that is what he will do, be it at the detriment of the club or not.
This isn't a 2 team bundesliga Mr Klopp, an you are no Benitez who could win a champs league with traore smicer and baros.
The guy is a complete joke, a fraud, we don't stand a chance of top 4, he will never get is to even compete for the league, but here's the worst bit, he is an fsg dream. A manager who hates to spend, as it will enhance his reputation to do it without. Wow, could not have walked into better owners. You seriously think Klopp wanted to sell Coutinho mid-season and then decided he didn't want to spend anymore? Did Rodgers and Hodgson have full responsibility for net spend? Maybe decided not to spend too. No chance of top 4.. No chance at all?

We as in the club, he can't say FSG said this, but I said that and my coaches disagreed with both of us, or he'd be like Conte and be leaving soon, the club acts as a team...I don't think we can blame Klopp for 30 years of LFC failures, since he's been at the club we have been closer to challenge and have finished Top 4 and 2 finals playing good football, we have lots of problems which he is trying to solve, whether they are not being solved is his fault or not (money/FSG) I don't know, he doesn't seem to want to blame FSG.

I'm dreading our wheels have just fallen off.
All the other competitors for CL spots have strengthened and gotten a boost from it as it seems. We needed some inspiration too, just as we have done in all the transfer windows since I don't know when.
We are clearly crying out loud for some tcp addition. Instead we're stuck with Gini Wijnaldum and Dejan Lovren.
Just where does the club think this do nothing policy will take us? Up and running, starting to challenge the big boys properly? Not a chance!
Already (not) looking forward to see our next good player being picked up by Real or Barcelona in the summer!

I agree, I can't see how we can play the rest of the games with only Firmino as a proper striker and if Salah gets injured, I rather not think what will happen. But Mr Klopp says we have a good team with Ings and Solanke.

I don't think our wheels have fallen off just yet, more that they are a bit loose. Tottenham are a very good side on their day!
We did look tired second half n I hope Klopp gives them a couple o days rest. Mane's off form but he'll find it again, Salah is an absolute gem, VVD had a good game apart from the obvious as did Karius and you would expect those two to grow in confidence.
I'm gonna judge our loose wheels after the Southampton game.

Well those wheels you mention looked decidedly tired in the 2nd half Andred, and they're not likely to get much untireder in the remainder of the season given Klopp's style of play and training regime. Personally I feel we've seen the best of this side for this year. The signs are there, our legs were gone in the second half yesterday. Mane seems to have difficulty playing from the left, our midfield lacks any creativity and neither Wijnaldum nor the Ox have what it takes to help. We have a couple of tough games against our competitors for top four coming up and I fear for those weary legs. When fans begin to hope for a Chelsea collapse in the run in, that tells me that deep down they can see the sword of Damocles hanging just a hairs breath from our neck, same as I can.

I'm gonna judge our loose wheels after the Southampton game. We had some depth in attack which we don't have anymore with 2 players gone, one first team and the second a squad player, both better than those we have on the bench. I don't think Klopp's target is CL, he is being given time to build
