I watched the game today and I will be honest Spurs to me looked the stronger side in all departments they look a better side than us. It looked more than form on the day. We will do very well to stop them beating us this season to top four. And beyond this season I am struggling for inspiration unless FSG really open up the budget I am sorry to say it looks more of the same. Aside from the performance today Klopp had a big interview in the mail on Sunday it gave me some slight concerns. He seemed to have a very laid back come day go day attitude and was bracketing Liverpool with Dortmund a club struggling with resources but overachieving. Unless I am behind the times Liverpool is more than Dortmund. Can't say I was impressed with interview

Klopp has full responsibility for net spend. In the interview, he lauds Gordon and fsg, giving ammunition in full to the claim that he has full control.

He is a manager who wants to spend little and over achieve, it's what makes his reputation, that is what he will do, be it at the detriment of the club or not.

This isn't a 2 team bundesliga Mr Klopp, an you are no Benitez who could win a champs league with traore smicer and baros.

The guy is a complete joke, a fraud, we don't stand a chance of top 4, he will never get is to even compete for the league, but here's the worst bit, he is an fsg dream. A manager who hates to spend, as it will enhance his reputation to do it without. Wow, could not have walked into better owners.

Can I also ask, what the fook has net spend got to do with Klopp making the final call on letting coutinho leave mid season.

What the fook has net spend got to do with Klopp not re-inforcing in January??

What has net spend got to do with Klopp letting Sturridge go, but keeping Danny Shaun Dundee ings??

Crap excuses. The guy is a liability, his followers are mesmerised by his persona, that's all he's living in, tactically he stands no better than Kevin Keegan at Newcastle.

A dip in form is to be expected. We've just sold our world class player and Spurs were exactly the same when Bale left. Klopps energy driven style of play requires the resources of Man City to back it up which he simply hasn't got.

Wait until next season. After the world cup, our players will already be starting the season knackered.

You say the 'Dawning of Reality', common, let's be honest. Like a few of us, you've seen this coming for a long time.

To be honest with you - after Man City, Spurs look the best team in the prem. I wouldn't be surprised if they bypassed us and Chelsea. Arsenal are rejuvenated with new signings and will close the gap too. I think 4th will be between us, Chelsea and Arsenal.

You could be right a Chelsea implosion looks our best bet

Tottenham's performance didn't surprise me, they have been consistently better than us over the last 5-6 seasons, pretty much the second best team in the country, they should have won the PL the year Leicester won it, they have not suddenly become better than us, we are trying to catch them up IMO. The big thing they have to contend with is keeping Kane & Pochettino.

Arsenal could also come back into the reckoning, they made some good signings, but like us can drop points, so they are an unknown, they have the fire power to win games now.

It's going to be close for positions 2-4, with all the teams dropping points.
