It's a true rumour and could swing either way sometome in the future, possibly, hopefully, definately even perhaps, 100% ish nearly.

I know with the Arabs they give one bid after all the negotiations. So if they where in talks and submitted a bid and that was rejected and they say that's it..... This is rarely true.

They usually wait a week or two and come back with one final offer, No Negotiations, No Maybes just a pure take it or leave it offer. If this is rejected that's it there gone.

IMO I see it as a relaistic value for him to accept.
Hicks has said he thinks the club is worth 600-800 mil. SO if we only have 3 bidders left, and he's under so much pressure now. Unless someone bids highier or he tries to start a bidding war, I have high spirits he may accept. On the negative side he may want £500 mil + the value Hicks and Gillet have in debt on their KOP holdings account. Meaning they'll make 500 mil profit.

If its £585m the £200m capital and interest loan in Kop Holdings will be on top of that.

but i have been on tia site for a quick look at what people are posting re takeover rumours & this is being mentioned on there that 585m done deal. oh ffs i hope this will come true.

This deal was mentioned on the TIA site 2 weeks ago, how long does it take to bloody decide on a conflict of interest!!
