i want a british manager or at least a foreign manager that has premiership experience . you just know this fella is going to sign his own players ,he will have his own josemi's and mid trier spanish players that will come in and get chewed up and spit out by the prem. more waste of money and more lfc going in a stupid direction.. I would have hodgson myself ,dalglish ..but i would have owen coyle over this fella . he failed his brief at madrid and we take him on ..can he speak english? are you a tit of the internet ? Or do you save theese gems just for us? Are you just xenophobic or just a thick c*nt ?

pls bear in mind that RM got the highest points becoz.. the players there were top class...
looking at LIVERPOOL.. there's still alot of work to be done...
Yea but he managed with an under performing kaka and Benzema and also a "Me me me" plsyer as in Ronaldo. From what i have and read seen he seems more like Wenger but Spanish, so IF we do bag him and manage to keep hold of Gerrard and Torres. I would like to see how he will get us playing. More attacking football I like the sound of that.

He is our very own resident TIT, and we lurve him...sort of...sometimes, albeit not very oftenish like.

There was a time when we did things a certain way, a way that made us successful and made us the envy of english football. Shankly started it and it was all about getting in the potential, nurturing it, educating it and promoting it. When a player got too old or lost form, we'd have some one ready to step into his shoes. Christ, when the sixties team passed their prime, we had the seventies team already trained and waiting to take over. And they cost us next to nothing.
It was a similar situation with management. Shanks passed it onto Bob, who passed it onto Joe, who passed it onto Kenny. All the time, we were promoting from within, keeping the knowledge within the club and doing things the way we'd always done them. And we were successful.
It's only when we changed our policies with the appointment of Souness that things changed. For the first time ever, we were chucking millions at players and throwing them straight into the first team. And all it achieved was mediocrity. Evans started pulling it back by doing things the Liverpool way but then we replaced him with Houllier and what happened? He threw millions away on poor foreign imports and failed. Benitez? same story.
Who's next? Some one else who doesn't know the Liverpool way, who will throw millions away on average players and take us to mid table obscurity.
If we want to be successful again then we have to get back to doing the things that made us successful. We have to get the Liverpool way back. But first, we have to get some one in who knows what it's about and can lead the club forward again. That man can only be Kenny Dalglish.
