We seem to have a very young squad. Hardly any players over 30 and no winners or leaders in the team.
I'm not gonna talk about Mignolet and lovren again but a few months ago I said someone like Victor Valdes would be perfect for us.
Free transfer. Old. Experienced. Serial winner would have instilled confidence straight away.
Still haven't got an old wise head in defence. Everyone wants the next young ball playing centre back. We need a quality centre back (obvious) but not in the Van Dijk mould. We need someone strong and tall who defends first. Scrap the whole build from the back. We are not Barca.
Apart from Milner and Wijnaldum we have no players who have won anything.
Milner needs to start. And he needs to captain. We need more players who have won things we used to have so much experience and fight right through the squad. Now we have players who want to leave (coutinho)or players who won't sign contracts (Can) starting every game.
Klopp needs to change and start dropping players who don't deserve to play and putting in players who at least can do no worse.
Ward, Gomez (cb), Robertson. Grujic. These players are watching mistakes every game and can do no worse than what's playing now.
These don't have the experience of want but until we can sign experienced players we should go with them.

I thought it was pretty specific. No experience or fight in the current players. We should try something else. Stop playing the players that are contributing to one of our worst periods in our history and try playing some youth players trying to prove themselves.
I don't know how to be more specific than that. Unless I just blame lovren and Mignolet again.
