why do you think that? barcap have opened a line of credit that is available to the club if needed .... the fact that the club has not dipped into it yet suggests it is not at that stage just yet
Away kit been released early, Players not wanted by incoming manager (or players wanting out) been sold. They are going to do everything they can to not dip into spare funds like Trepie said. The interest on that would be enormous.
