OP J68 Trialist J Joined: May 2010 Posts: 9	First post so go easy on me... Dunk says we should sit back and relax and enjoy the world cup. I am not too fussed about England - am more concerned about the future of our club. If what Dunk says about "the Sheik" is true, then happy days - we are back on track. If not then time is running out very fast. If we have not got new owners by the end of the world cup I think we are done for - mass exodus of key players, transfer fees going to pay off debts, years of mid-table football (or worse) ahead. So I can't relax - I am sat here listening to those bloody vuveselas and contemplating the prospect of playing the Merseyside derby against Tranmere in a couple of years and being managed by Ian Dowie. Three weeks to save LFC.......

I agree with swede, things are looking better for LFC. I know it's frustrating waiting for something to come to fruitition, it's driving me mad aas well. Three weeks to save LFC....... Welcome. What I say is true HOWEVER I can't make Hicks & Gillett accept the deal. There is also a 2nd bidder which is why I'm happy just now. Liverpool Football Club will survive well after 3 weeks regardless of any w*nkers who want to jump ship. I'm not worried at all. I just don't want to see Hodgson appointed just now because I feel that would be a bad sign. Just a hunch.

I support Liverpool Football Club above any player or manager and have done for 51 seasons now!
