No, it's his dream to play for Barcelona. It's very simple but if you want to twist it that's up to you.

This is one of the main reasons but I think it also goes with what he thinks he can achieve and where. There hasn't been a lot of City players who have requested to leave, not even Aguero whose relationship with Pep was not supposed to be great. The reason is that very few clubs if any can pay them more than City are they know the ambition of the club. Let's face it, it is different in our case and City owners being wealthier is the reason.
