FSG began their first two transfer windows by paying a huge premium for average players. They then had this transfer committee which caused a disconnect between owners and manager which caused all sorts of problems. They then gave the manager more say in the transfer market and sacked him after 8 games. In the past, we've panic bought, opted for quantity over quality resulting in a season of transition. I believe FSG have learnt from these mistakes. This summer the objective seems clear and the owners and manager seem on the same page. It's been a good window so far, let's just hope we get a Van Dijk or a Keita to make it a great one. I think this could be a watershed season. I believe this will be the season where Klopp makes us successful. Thank you fecking Bollicks! They drip fed Pearce of the echo & the fella from the times that Klopp has a huge transfer kitty for the summer. What we are excruciatingly seeing again is their tedious penny pinching. They play the fans every season with their sleight of hand tactics...chase unachievable targets (when i say unachievable, they purposely bid low to p*ss clubs off on higher end targets, knowing full well we won't get them!) then say "oh, we tried but they didn't want to sell"!!! Then they negotiate current player contracts ONLY in transfer windows to distract fans and then hail them when they sign extended contracts, as though they are a new signing! HORRIBLE GREEDY, GRIFTING C.VNTS NEED TO GO! I HATE THEM WITH A PASSION! FSG OUT!

Agreed, I think the penny has finially dropped with FSG. If we get VvD & Kieta is will be a great window. And I think we will be successful in the next 2 years.
Haha ye "if" we get them that's a big "if" and our final offer better be a good one, oh wait wtf!!! 40m ... ................................. Yep we can say bye bye kieta !!! Bye bye top4 bye bye hope

I love it how journalists are trying to spin things to sound like kieta 40m offer is a monster offer, This is damage limitation, FSG make me so sick that I'm ashamed to be associated with such idiocy ... FSG apologists "Oh wake up, this isn't FIFA money " Ye I guess the T.V. Rights money of £148 is given in installments too??? Hahaha , this is how Think Klopp: I want kieta FSG: why don't you pick a cheaper option ? Klopp. I want kieta FSG: ok we'll try Klopp: what's going on where's kieta FSG: unfortunately Leipzig didn't accept Klopp : oh we'll atleast you tried FSG: now how about those alternatives? Klopp: oh I guess so

Haha LET THE TRANSFERS TAKE THEIR COURSE !!! Haha Ye that's a great course isn't it, and it ends with a great offer that Leipzig can't refuse , mate if I was Leipzig if tell FSG to shove that money up LFC's arse the penny grabbers we are. Patience is over that's our final , one step flrward two steps back , only FSG can turn top4 into an embarrassment, well done your support has allowed FSG to take advantage of the clubs once-respectable integrity , well done !!!

It's a tuff call , all out striker or a bunch of capable scorers but the only ones that haven't struggled in the top four last season with the bus syndrome are the ones with outright strikers strikers as well as a lot of capable scorers mixed in! even tho we scored well last season we were out scored and more against us by all of the other teams maybe that's a pointer ? In to wether we need a striker I have always said we do need one , look at our tally with Suarez I think around 98 goals for! off memory ? We do create a lot of chances and a lot of those go begging as they fall to a non outright strikers !, that's my opinion
Chelsea P W D L GF. GA GD PTS 38 30 3 5 85 33 52 93
Spurs P. W. D L. GF. GA GD. PTS 38. 26. 8. 4 86. 26. 60. 86
City P. W. D. L. GF. GA. GD. PTS 38. 23. 9. 6. 80 39. 41 78
Lfc P. W. D. L. GF GA GD PTS 38 22. 10. 6. 78. 42. 36. 76.
Sorry bout table line ups look fine pre post but move when posted ? Bless you my friend , but these statistics although very honest, realistic and true , is exactly the kind of dross that makes FSG who they are, for all it's worth sometimes it's better to see what's clear as day then to find the details. What's clear as day is all these improvements has to do with Klopp not FSG, and now FSG rather Klopp works within their limits to maintain a steady rise then actually take the bull by the horns and make two top target signings, atleast one would be nice. Klopp has saved money in last two windows, plus T.V.rights of last two windows, plus the finances of making annual global tours , their is no reason why we can't pay in full for our targets . If FSG want to save money than everyone knows paying cash upfront is a better deal than installments, It works out cheaper long term!!! I cannot comprehend this madness , it must be all done on a computer program that projects profits and they work within its limits , I thought Klopp could change that , but looks like it won't , and so with that means we won't actually offer so'ton or Leipzig upfront offers thus we won't get either ,

It's in relation to a striker or no striker scenario not whether fsg are good or bad Most know on here I am not pro fsg the figures in tables show the better performers have outright strikers not buying into other arguements Yes true and you make a valid point , but also those teams have a proper holding midfielder and a defensive structure

If klopp's top targets was a striker then it's a different story , but I based on klopps comments sturridge is that striker , he won't sell him as too expensive to replace

For sure , infact I reckon Vardy is a no brainer !!! But FSG won't buy them because they have no re-sale I fully agree with you about a striker we are on same page , I'm just very very VERY fed up with FSG
