FSG began their first two transfer windows by paying a huge premium for average players. They then had this transfer committee which caused a disconnect between owners and manager which caused all sorts of problems. They then gave the manager more say in the transfer market and sacked him after 8 games. In the past, we've panic bought, opted for quantity over quality resulting in a season of transition. I believe FSG have learnt from these mistakes.
This summer the objective seems clear and the owners and manager seem on the same page. It's been a good window so far, let's just hope we get a Van Dijk or a Keita to make it a great one.
I think this could be a watershed season. I believe this will be the season where Klopp makes us successful.
Thank you
