A real shock and surprise. I'm worried that klopp rates him. No good enough and I thought he would be replaced in the summer. A coward who gets regularly bullied. Through in some terrible decision making......very confused.

Getting deals like this done early means there is truly no hope (or need) for any other transfers in the summer!
This is so totally wrong and confusing to me, that I just can't understand the thinking behind it.
What's the purpose of the deal?
Play like cráp for a few seasons and get rewarded for it?
Him getting shipped out in the summer would have been a more suitable reward for the services provided imo.

£100 k a week!? Congratulations all, we now have yet another player on our books impossible getting rid of before his contract expires.
Wasn't it FSG's style to lower player salaries and getting the club self sufficient?
This surely can't be the right way of reaching the top and winning trophies?
I just can't understand it. What am I missing?

If this is not a joke, then this is very disconcerting in so many ways.
The club considers that Lovren is a star and this is the standard that our squad is measured by?
