yes and in 2006 against West Ham in the Cup final and also against Stoke City this season after we went a goal behind, we also sang it against United and we never scored at home and against Swansea at home when we got beat, we basically sing it every game....what's your point....
my point is that in 2005 at half time the managers team talk and the team its self we're inspired by the fans singing you'll never walk alone.it might be sung every game as a liverpool anthem but on that night and others it was used to inspire and it worked.you ok with that?
but we sung that song before and during the game so why didn't the abracadabra work then...why only half time, does it only work when we are losing...is that it.. am being serious I honestly don't know. I think to turn the result around has more to do with Gerrard getting hooked out of the engine room and replaced with Hamann, Benitez probably giving them a b0ll0vking at half time, players own pride and the danger of getting humiliated 6-0, the pressure being off them because nobody expected them to win and the biggest thing of the lot Milan already thinking they had won it and taking there eye off the game at the start of the second half. These for me were all more valid reasons of getting back in the game rather than a song, a lot of fans had already walked out remember.
