Oh so now we're talking squads? They have a better squad and I've never saidvthey haven't. But just looking at the two players you've compared from both of us, Chelsea's are no better in my opinion. I've been talking squad from the beginning, true though only the attacking players as it was about replacing the forwards, this is how the poster started the thread. So if I understand correctly, you are saying that on this season's form, you prefer to have Origi and Sturridge instead of Pedro and Batshuayi, yes? I would prefer to have Pedro and Batshuayi.

Difference between us and Chelsea is nothing to do with the squad, they rotate the squad far less than us. It's just one or two players in key positions. If we had Costa and Cortois and they had Mignolet and Firminio I'm sure the positions would be reversed. These are the positions we need to fill whatever the cost. A decent striker and a Goalie.

I still think we have a good chance at Top 4, UTD only drew tonight, so they are dropping points, Arsenal are dropping points, Tottenham are dropping points, Man City change with the wind and Europe is about to start again for them all. We have 15 games left, we only have 3 games in February, so we have to play our best 11 and play at 100%, even our tired players can manage that can't they??? Sturridge may even be fit for a full month with 3 games ???? now that is optimism

Makes me so sad to see all this talk of top four being the be all and end all instead of success, Whatever happend to the values this once great Club was built on. All I can say is people must have bought quite a few shares in the Club or must of had a bet on finishing top four to want it so badly because the only other person who stands to gain from it is Big John from Boston and FSG for money purposes.
