38million pounds worth of players out on loan.

Markovic and Sahko.

But I guess they are receiving nice fat loan fees and all the wages paid.

While we struggle with a weak squad and no strength of the bench.

Excellent work FSG.

FSG are doing what they are supposed to which is make a profit, if people don't like it then they shouldn't pick a business to support, this unfortunately is modern football.
This is the reason I am no fan of Klopp, Klopp does what the owners want which is try to get the team into the top four to make a profit, he will nevertheless do what us fans want which is win cups and have success we can tell stories and sing about.

I finally found what seems a credible source for current season 16/17 player wages and contracts which is taken from like Guardian, BBC, Premierleague.com etc...

Lazar Markovic signed for 20m 15th July 2014
Age 22, 45k a week, Contract ends 2019

Mamadou Sakho signed for 18m 2nd Sept 2013
Age 26, 75k a week, Contract ends 2020

So now it's clear why both players have not been sold, both still have contracts with at least 2 years to run and FSG are banking on getting some if not most of their transfer fee!
That's perfectly fine BUT it's to the detriment of our squad whilst they are in our financials, they are blocking the acquisition of players who can help our depleted squad!

Markovic has been loaned out to teams in Turkey & Portugal and couldn't cut it.

Sakho's attitude killed his working relationship with Klopp.

There is no way back for either player to Liverpool's squad, so WHY is the Liverpool squad made to suffer because of numbers on an FSG spreadsheet?

Markovic unfortunately has fallen so far down that no club wants him, it's not even a matter of us trying to sell him because they did try during the summer and there were no takers. Sakho's transfer is hampered by our 20m valuation which honestly isnt too unreasonable since we paid 18m for him and prices have again gone crazy since then.

I believe if a suitable offer came in for either of them we would sell.

I don't mind people not liking my posts but I do try to back up my way of thinking, FSG and Klopps sole goal is to make the Club money nothing more nothing less, If Klopp doesn't get Liverpool top four he will be sacked and if FSG don't make profits they will sell up and leave too. This is where the supporters or fans want different things than the Club and Klopp and it's why a relationship is always going to fail, it's just a matter of when not if.

I believe it is unreasonable to expect the 18m FSG paid for Sakho. His high profile drugs ban even though it was eventually quashed and his off field antics have put a huge ? against his attitude! There is also the fact he was not getting any gametime with us. No club in their right mind would want to part with 18m + for him.
The level Markovic has dipped to means that 20m transfer fee FSG paid for him, now looks ridiculous! Markovic will be on our books until either his contract runs out or FSG let him go on a free!

We know FSG will try all they can to get as much as they can for both players which will only be to the squads detriment!

How is sending out £38m worth of players making a profit? Surely selling them would've been better?

How do you know that it has blocked any acquisitions? Any proof?

We're not paying a penny towards Sakho's wages if reports are true so that shouldn't have been a problem. There should be money available after our much criticized negative NET spend summer plus what would've been naturally available too.

The fact we didn't buy anyone is purely down to Klopp.
