So what about our results in the first half of the season? Plenty of really strong victories, including away at Arsenal and Chelsea. These are facts as well which everyone seems to be ignoring.

You're right about the victories against some big teams but I honestly think the thing we all forgot about was how much we conceded in games. Theres only so many times you can get away just purely outscoring a team. Thats what I think is happening now. The results were good but I always say a team cannot be fully judged on 20 games it has to be the full 38. If we lose against Chelsea we are in a bad spot, assuming City and Utd win which they should against weak teams, it would leave us outside the top 4 and 1 point ahead of Utd and possibly 6 points ahead of Everton if they win as well.

Why would it have applied to any of those four.

One was a sh1t manager and the other three forced moves out of the club.

I could of gone back even further and say Keegan and Souness were treated poorly too. So why was Michael Owen made to walk alone just coz he signed for United, he wanted to come back to us after Madrid but Benitez spat his dummy out and Owen went to Newcastle, also Michael Owen and Souey for that matter are Liverpool legends and did more good for the Club than bad which should of been taken into consideration before stupid fans turned on them.

Do tell us how Souness was poorly treated. The man who single handedly started our decline when he returned to manage us.

Keegan left on his own terms after winning the European Cup.

From the moment Owen left us he deteriorated finishing up as a bit player with the mancs. Why would we have taken him back?

firstly Dalglish was the start of our downfall not Souness, Keegan left on his own terms and was given a terrible reception when he returned within a year in the Super Cup with Hamburg at Anfield and Michael Owen was not finished after one season with Real Madrid it was after he signed for Newcastle and was injured his form deteriated.

When KD left we were first or second in the league and Souness won only one Cup when KD went to win the EPL with Blackburn, in fact KD has won the EPL more than LFC, I wonder how he was our downfall. Anyway, I will not respond to your posts, you are too wise.

Dalglish criminally let the team grow old without replacing then bailed which then left the next manager coming in a near impossible job to build and replace them. Grobelaar, Venison, Nicol, Hansen, Hysen, McMahon, Rush and Beardsley that's 8 players out of the 11 which were 30 years of age and over, he also lost the plot tactics wise we all remember the four centre halfs he named in defence against Palsce in the semi final with two full backs as his subs when u could only name two and don't get me started on David Speedos and Jimmy Carter.
If that wasn't bad enough he cane back and finished us off completely by wasting FSGs money on Downing, Henderson, Adam, Carroll, Enrique and Sebastian Coates.

He is not strange, just wants to stir shyte here until he gets banned, he is just being himself. Last time it was Suarez who get him banned and he will target all the legends to annoy posters, after KD, its going to be Gerrard. I am not responding to his post, at least I will try to ignore him.
