Nobody is turning against Klopp. Why are people posting 50 articles on the same subject? We have a poor team, incapable of playing football at a high standard, it's an issue we need to sort out by getting new signings. We won't win anything this year (yet again), however, this should be a lesson for us. We need to buy right players for the right positions, and talented players with a winning mentality. Look at Chelsea, they bought Kante, and he's been such a revelation. He's a proven match winner, as he was influential in winning the league for Leicester. We need signings like that. If we are incapable of playing football at a high standard how on earth are we unbeaten against all of our rivals in the top 6? Also how have we been at the top end of the table for most of this season? Unfortunately, there are more than 6 teams in the league, and we've struggled against mid-table and relegation battlers. And that is why we came from being potential title challengers to just about 4th place. It's also how we've been knocked out of two tournaments in a space of one week. It's also how we only just won 1 game in 8 games this year. So far we are not in contention for any trophies and just about hanging on to the 4th place spot. Is this where an ambitious team should be? No. Is this what you call a high standard of football? No.

WIlks... let me make something clear... I love Klopp. I think he's brilliant for us... just what we need. But imagine our team if he could get a couple more leaders... a few more quality players.... at least his stated targets like Goetze. We should move heaven and earth to get him what he wants... he obviously knows how to get things fired up. I'm just not convinced that it's Klopp holding back any movement.... I think FSG are over-cautious, especially after getting burned with Carroll, Balotelli and others. Klopp's language has changed in recent pressers and it's obvious that he needs some strengthening. Sure, we can wait till the summer but that's a massive gamble. Our currents squad is starting to feel the strain and I can see Spurs and ManU whizzing past us in the next few weeks. We are the least balanced team in the top 6... and there are always a couple of players to be had in any window. Yet you have essentially put him in the same bracket as Rodgers? And who's to say Goetze would've been any good or even wanted to leave Germany? After all, I'm sure he'd have had better offers than us and Dortmund if he's that good? And he went for £10m less than we bought Mane for so money wasn't an obstacle. Perhaps Klopp's change of tone is down to frustration at other clubs and how difficult it will be to buy players? After all, who is going to want to let any of their best players go in the middle of the season? It may be a gamble to wait until the summer but at least they won't come at £10m above market value and clubs are more willing to sell as they cn find replacements easier. Goetze always looks like he's carrying a bit of timber. Thomas Brolin anyone?

We all know we aren't gonna buy this window so it raises the point that when the summer comes how much will fsg back klopp with? When that time comes we will see how much klopp is really supported and will we see a squad been built.... A mix of 1st team and better quality squad players is a must I think

Absolutely nobody was moaning before the turn of the year and now after a few defeats and our first bad spell of the season everyone is an expert and knew it was going to happen. Part of being a football fan is the ups and downs of fantastic wins and awful or avoidable defeats. There is also a saying around Liverpool Football Club called You'll Never Walk Alone, when the club is struggling the fans need to get behind the team, manager and players. Unfortunately most on here seem to get a kick out of bad results as they'd rather be proved right about the team and squad than actually have the team do well. And before you get at me for ignoring problems, I'm not at all. The squad desperately needs strengthening and our form this year is absolutely terrible. However to analyse current issues you need to have balance, that includes positives of which there have been plenty this season, as well as negatives.

To be honest I really don't buy into this " you'll never walk alone " stuff, never seen it applied to Roy Hodgson, Fernando Torres or Raheem Sterling not to mention Michael Owen it's a very selective thing in my opinion which people choose to apply when suited.

Facts don't care about your feelings. I've always said Klopp is a great manager, and I am absolutely thrilled to have him - I am with him until he leaves. However, based on our results, whatever methodology we were taking this year clearly has not worked. I hope to god next season Klopp makes some inspirational signings and gels the team together.

So what about our results in the first half of the season? Plenty of really strong victories, including away at Arsenal and Chelsea. These are facts as well which everyone seems to be ignoring.

I think overall our forwards have basically managed to get us out of jail for nearly all season apart from January onwards which is why the results are what they are now.

I think overall our forwards have basically managed to get us out of jail for nearly all season apart from January onwards which is why the results are what they are now. Lets apply the same logic to our defeats then, we had more than enough chances to beat Swansea, they scored with each one of their attacks. We could have had two penalties in the home leg against Southampton, both of which were before we conceded, it's a different game if one of them is given and the game goes the extra time. (Not that we deserved anything from this game) The Swansea game I'm inclined to agree as we got out of jail there but it's always been said the best sides win when they aren't at their best, this was a good example for us. Your wrong about the Palace game, we should have scored 5 or 6 in the first half, they put us under pressure at 3-2 in the second half but that victory was thoroughly deserved.
