i genuinely believe that if we had Crouch as an option in our squad this month we would have had a good january.teams are getting behind the ball forcing wide then easily defending crosses.Having Crouch around would bugger that right up.they would have to work on stopping the crosses then and coming out to close down the early long ball.space would be created and goals would have come.against these lower level clubs he would have been ideal.he would still be a good tactic changer if we needed it.a plan B that we are severely lacking.would he be any worse than promoting a young player who really isnt up to it at this moment in time.i'm sure he would be more than happy to come on a short term contract and be a bit part player.sign him up.
Should NEVER have sold Benteke. Said it at the time, but no, most of you's lot were glad to see the back of him as he didn't seem to be fitting into Klopp lads way of playing. Well no tw@t is fitting into his way of playing currently.
