I fckin knew it, as soon as he started to blame the wind he would undermine himself. Left himself open to ridicule, maureen getting a tap in after the hull game.

"Wembley will be windy so we might struggle"

What the hell was klopp on about? The kind of crazy ramblings we normally get from our managers when the walls are closing in.

Ha, they would have struggled in that breeze.

Did anyone notice how badly Emre Cans hair was tossed.

BR's in his element now... in a one-team league where it's harder to not win the league!

Still tough its such a pathetic excuse to use, even the penalty appeal wasnt a penalty. I just remember BR using stupid excuses like that in the past, Im surprised Klopp would use them now.

Klopp didn't say anything wrong. He's spoken about the wind before and if you read exactly what he said, he was not blaming the wind for the loss. He was just being totally frank and open (as he always seems to be) about the difficulties he perceives.

He was perhaps naieve to mention it. He perhaps needs to realise that the british press will use his 'niceness' when it suits them, but they'll be quick to use it against him when he's down too, in this case spinning what he said into 'Klopp blames wind for defeat'.

Maureen as we know is just a low life. He adopts the same methods as Fergie... uses the press to try to demean colleagues and create a sense of superiority. They both got on with Rafa untill he started to give them difficult games on the pitch at which point their true colurs showed.

Hence why I suggested in another thread that now is the time to back Klopp. Yes, he needs to learn a bit too. Unfortunately, that may mean he should perhaps be less candid and open - but hopefully not. If the fans show him huge support in the face of crticism and mocking... and perhaps one or two in the media start talking sense too.

What are you talking about??!... much better to stick the knife in when he is down no? And talking of Rafa this feels like dejavu ... and the utter garbage we have become since he left should've insured we didn't do the same with this one but alas here we are.
