The fresh start will truely come when the Yanks have gone too.

this is the beginning of a new era, but ONLY the beginning.

hopefully the owners will sell asap but at least it feels refreshing that a new manager is coming in.

I didn't actually realise this until later, but a new manager could possibly mean more chances for the youth in our squad- the likes of Pacheco, Kelly, Spearing and so on. We haven't seen what these players can produce. I mean there's other players like Dalle Valle- who is just amazing. He's 18 now already and I'm sure a new manager might actually let him play for the first team, unlike Rafa. We've got some good players coming through the youth squads and it might seem as if we've got a weak squad, but you never know. We haven't really given our youth squad a chance, and I'm not saying they're going to be amazing in first team football (especially at the beginning), but they might actually try and put a real good display on, like Kelly.

not sure really but i'm sure he wouldn't keep his mouth shut if he knew this would harm lfc. he's also said to be very good friends with purslow (it was purslow who convinced him to return)

Yes lets be positive we might actually get to see some attacking football at Anfield with a new man...a great squad to takeover with 2/3 additions needed
