Corners = Achilles heel.

Klopp admits we are crap at defending them. He needs to do something, they way we defending them now is a bit of a joke.

Everything else is peachy, who would have called lallana a vital player for us this time last year, coutinho is one of the best footballers in the world(don't tell barca), milner has turned into the left back we never had and all klopps signings are good ones(well have to wait and see on keeper).

Corners,Sturridge sale,and whether or not this keeper settles are the only negative issues i see in the near future.. that said i think palace may well beat us next week..lots of corners coming our way.

We were zonal marking for the one they scored from which is always dodgy for me. It's very remeniscent of the Rafa days when we were vulnerable from zonal marking.

A commanding keeper sorts this out, shame Joe Hart left so late in the window as Klopp may have been tempted had it been earlier in the window. Have to wait and see what happens with Karius,very tough league for keepers.

Weakness in ones defence always was and probably always will be the hardest bit of the jigsaw to sort out, and imo it usually has to start with a dependable keeper. Karius was the cheap option and so far looks it, but Klopp has proven that he has a decent eye for a player, so maybe it's only a matter of more time for Karius to come good. If we could only sort out our defence, I think we'd be hot favourites for the title this season. As it is I expect us to challenge this season anyway, but the op is bang on, defence is our Achilles heel, I just hope it doesn't cost us a great opportunity.

I think our defence is quite good now, our problem is in the goal keeping department. I suppose Klopp is hoping Karius will take a few games to settle.

Our defence may be a weak spot but as Vish says not a disaster area either albeit concerns keeper however our rivals are not perfect in the defence dept either

Just as we got level on points with Arsenal at the top of the table our chase for the title is close to collapsing. We cannot compete with other top teams with Karius in goal as he is at the moment. His performances can't be doing any good for his confidence. Unless he improves very quickly we will be out of the title race within 2 months in my opinion. He nearly cost us against Swansea and Utd, he didn't help himself against West Brom and he has barely had anything to do in these matches. The manager's had the warning. For the sake of Karius and our success this season take him out the team for the time being and give him time to settle.

So we give him time to settle by dropping him when we haven't lost a game when he's been playing..brilliant.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Give him to settle and we will be out of the title race. The answer in my opinion is to ease him in through cup competitions, let him settle and gain confidence.
