I see a lot of posts slagging Rodgers off my view the final years were bad but the intial period thought he did really well got the best out of players and came the closest we have ever done in winning the premiership title. I like Klopp and I think he is doing great but again we could have a surge then things fall apart LFC is a big job. It's too early to call I think but agree things looking positive

So how bad was Rodgers ?

6. he wasn't helped, he sometimes made tactical mistakes (annoying ones in cup matches; if you're being harsh the defining league match), we ended trophy-less. He cared but resigned himself to failure by playing negative football after a mediocre season with ballotelli and a squad struggling to find an identity. Are we talking about rodgers for RS btw, he can have his questions about klopp if he wants they should prove irrelevant.

He is not a bad manager but the job was too big for him and lacked experience. His biggest problem was to be able to identify and attract top players and defensive tactics was his weakness on the pitch

i liked brendan but his time was up .

meh.... Success for him is a TV inteview. Thats it.

I dislike Brendan more since he left us tbh.

Brendan talked the talk and very nearly walked the walk,sadly he failed like the rest but he says things now he is at Celtic just as he did when with us,IE character,outstanding. LOL
