Players don't need motivating as much for these games. I want to see Klopp the motivator prove he can compete tactically against one of the best. This is as much a test for our manager as our players tonight. Tonight I think we discover the quality of our manager as a tactician.

We already know his quality as a tactician, ask Chelsea, Arsenal or last seasons champions.

And Maureen last year too. Van Gaal also. Nice to see RS getting the ground work in for sticking the boot in IF we lose.

Only an idiot would declare that Klopp has something to prove tactically tonight. This is a guy in his 1st season got us to a euro cup final. He also has a proven record in the CL, won the German league with a lot less resources than Bayern.

And his record against mourinho is good. Outsmarting a guy who managed teams with virtually unlimited resources. oh but he did it all through being a great motivator.

We've had a seriously tough start to the season and we're sitting in 4th, two points off top after playing the Champions and Man Utd at home, as well as Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea away.

To be fair, 8 points from 12 against teams we're competing for a top 4 spot with is still pretty impressive. Great position now with the run of games we have coming up to really push on

Some in here will only accept max points from EVERY game sadly.

I'm sure Citeh fans were expecting max points against the bitters on Saturday too.
