Too early to say their season would be over Faz but it is a must win game.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Yeah, we have the attack and midfield to do that, but do we have the defence to do that? You'd have to say this game will be decided by how well our defenders can recover from that attack of the jitters against the lowly Swans yesterday. One thing for sure is it wasn't the most perfect preparation. This is where Klopp has to earn his corn, and if I was him I'd be cultivating the enigmatic Shako, and have him at the very least ready for action, and on the bench, if not to start. Wonder if Klopp is regretting not adding at least a capable left back (no reflection on Milner, who's been impressive) and maybe also another backup central defender? Defence is our Achilles heel, and that was well enough demonstrated before the summer transfer window, getting Skyrtel off the wage bill and Matip on a free, with A midfield player out of position at left full was well exposed yesterday by the lowly Swans, what will United be thinking and plotting I wonder?

Well they're hardly going great guns so we have nothing to fear and I'm sure they'll be as worried about us as we are of them.

The one thing that does worry me is the Maureen bus. You can just see them parking it and hoping to get one on the break, the typical small club mentality that Maureen brings.

Too early to rule them out, but if we win, we would hit their confidence even more, I'm just concerned about their height with Ibra/Fellaini/Smalling/Pogba etc, we need to make sure we do not give away any free kicks, so I hope Klopp is drilling them for the next 2 weeks.

With Man City losing earlier it show's its an open PL, Tottenham were very impressive, shows our away point there was a good one, from what I've seen so far we have nothing to fear and can match our rivals, we just need to sort out the defence, particularly on set pieces where the positioning/zonal isn't working.

Agreed, they'll defo be worried about our attack abilities, but given our weakness at the back, with our fullbacks bombing forward, aren't we're sitting ducks for that bus tactic? And Maureen knows how to deploy it to good effect too, so I'm afraid there is something to fear. However having said that if we score early, the bus tactic becomes redundant and then they'll have to play the game that suits us best I,e. An open game. I admit we're getting them at a good time as they obviously haven't gelled as a unit yet, so I'm cautiously optimistic as they say.

I'm not sure he has the players to park the bus like he could with Chelski, unless he drops the likes of Ibra, who won't track back or play the blocking game, same with Pogba, he's not disciplined and will want to show why Utd paid £100 million for him. I think he will play Rooney as it's Liverpool, so he may drop Ibra for Rooneys industry, but that would suit us due to Ibra's aerial threat.

We just need to play our normal game with good movement and work on the defensive side of things, if Moureen parks the bus, will be interesting to see what Klopp does, but parking the bus with our movement/swapping of positions will not be easy.

Doesn't hurt to have a healthy amount of fear for any team in this league Faz. I'm sure City fans were thinking they'd spank Spurs.

You can't win or lose the title after 8games. if we lose this then we are still right in the mix and so are Utd.
