United wont make it. They are a disaster in the making. It will be Citeh or us in first place (early days I know) Arsenal and Spurs. Everton fifth. Chelsea sixth.
So used to getting a sniff of a decent run, then the side falls apart. Fingers crossed that time is passed.

Really difficult to predict.
The only team you can be confident with is City. Already had WC players, spent loads and got Pep in.
United could do anthing under Jose. Spurs haven't been playing to last seasons heights but are grinding results. They do have a thin squad and CL though.
Arsenal have enough for top 4 but not the title (sounds familiar). They could surprise me..
I'd take:
City Arsenal Lpool Spurs

Everton aren't getting anywhere near fifth. They are yet to play a decent side

Everton aren't getting anywhere near fifth. They are yet to play a decent side they faced spurs at home and got a point, and west brom are a decent side even if they lack quality. I think they can get europa league places at a push

I'm hoping it'll be our year, I'm not confident mind, but as the season progresses the toils of European involvement is likely to take it's toll, what with injuries, fatigue, etc, or some of our main competitors, so the possibility is there, we have an opportunity. That said we also have our well signalled weaknesses. If we can be up there challenging by Xmas, we might find a decent left full back and maybe an other decent half back in January, that would help. It's in the lap of the gods, but I'm demanding a challenge at least!

The difference between second and fourth place is 1 point .
Yes the league is much more competitive this year.
What is promising is we not dependant on one or two main players we have several that are scoring
Even when you look at the bench from the Saturdays game , Sturridge , Origi etc on the bench , not to mention Ings cant get a place on the bench
The next game against Swansea will show how far we have come.

We have had a really good start to the season, playing good football, I think most fans are happy, but it's early days, the scary thing is with a really good start we are still 4th .....
The way I see it the top teams are going to continue to win games, like this weekend when they all pretty much won, so you need to win just to keep up with the pace, based on what I have see so far I think the top teams will be (in no particular order at this stage):
Liverpool Man City Man Utd Arsenal Tottenham
That's without Chelsea and their resources/money as I think it will take Conte too much time to sort them and they won't be able to play catch up with the teams above.... Our advantage is no European football, so Klopp can prepare the team and there should be less injuries/fatigue and we can play our best team, rather than resting key players before/post European games.
The minimum these clubs will want is top 4, so who do we see missing out? I think it could be Arsenal this year. I think top 4 is still hard for us but hope we will be able to make it. If we do then I think we'll do it at the expense of Chelsea and Spurs.
