strong stories tonight saying everbright have bought a majority stake in LFC it would make LFC the richest club in the premier league one of the richest in world football , its being reported in the guardian , if true it could be very interesting and would put kick EFC's moshiri in to touch big time .

interesting stuff if true, I haven't read anything, but if it makes us more competitive then it can only be a good thing.

I can't find anything new on this. I like the Chinese as owners. They're very competitive and tend to spend a lot.

Would FSG sell a majority stake? I read they, or Henry, wanted to keep control? But I suppose they can keep a foot in with some pay back and probably also make a huge profit on what they paid so might be good for all of us.

No offence though Faz, but I'll wait to see them in Anfield with a scarf round their necks before I get too excited.

Seems odd that they would sell now. The club is worth more than it's ever been worth due to the TV rights. If FSG are only interested in the money then it makes sense to keep hold of the club as that's all we are doing.

Couldnt find anything to back this up Faz.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Pretty much backs everything up that I've been posting recently on here... FSG have been fluffing the club out so it looks amazing on paper...selling players, purchasing players on much reduced wages compared to those going... loaning players out whilst retaining their market value without the overheads of their wages...

where's my cigar?
