To be honest the transfer kity budget depends on what fees for players sold and whether we have new owners in place before the season starts.
People can speculate as much as they want until it is announced within the club on how much the manager will have to spend.
There's so much rumours going round at the moment it's like a merry go round.

I think everything is comparative.
If we have £5million to spend and Man City, Chelsea etc have £40m to spend it seems to me, at the end of the season, thats whats counts. They will have better players. However the expectation is that we'll be top of the league. To me thats unrealistic to be believe over a season we can compete to win, and we can blame Benitez but that doesnt change anything...

I think if there is not as much money in place regarding transfer kitty's then it's up to the manager to use his judgement to see a good player on the cheap much in the same way Arsene Wenger does. I know they never won the league last season but they where still in contention going into the last couple of weeks, so it can be done. Am afraid going by the clown we have in charge and the time, money and judgement on previous players we are struggling big time, gonna be a long summer and even longer season coming up for us i fear.
