the embarassment of having such tramps as owners is being overshadowed by Klopps stature and the new season kicking off.

Surely when he took over, with a touch of any kind of normality, he would have had a 50/60m budget for the summer.

For a club supposedly challenging for 4th, this is a complete embarassment...

Net spend = - £14.6m, yes, that is minus 14.6m. In the season when TV revenue was due to be the largest in history.

Does it matter how much money we bring in?

None of the players sold would have been used this season.

He has spent 60mil. We have brought in some good players and got rid of players we didn't need. I'm sure if he wanted to spend more he could have. They backed Brendan brilliantly. And he had no credentials. Klopp will and has been backed. It's good that weve managed to get some money back as we have wasted enough of it.

We are bottom of the prem table in terms of net spend. When you include teams like Burnley, Boro, WBA in that, if you dont believe there is an issue here and cant see it, we have serious problems.

We are in desperate need of a LB, we have signed no genuine defensive mid, our back line looks every bit as poor as last year.

Look at juventus net spend. They look like they haven't invested at all. Yet they've spent a ton of money.

Net spend is the worst way to see if someone has improved.

We have got rid of crap like Benteke rossiter skrtel texeira. We've made money on players that didn't play at all. Like smith. Ibe and Allen.

If we gave these players away no one would have cared. Our net spend would look great for you. But because we have made some money. Been sensible in a market were bolasie is going for £30mil. You don't like it.

We aren't being duped. We can see what's happening. We will have money to spend in January if needed. We don't need a big squad for one competition. We can't attract star players with no Europe. Save the money until we need it.

Are you being serious, did you just compare Juve's net spend to ours!

Juve's net spend was based on 1 player alone. This same Juve team went quite a way in the champs league last year and only went out to Bayern because of a poor ref.

This Juve team is loaded with Pjanic, Higuain, Alves, Dybala, Buffon, Bonucci, Zaza, Khedira, Chiellini, Barzagli

And you are comparing their net spend to a team loaded with Moreno, Klavan, Milner, Lucas etc.

Look at some of the quality they can bring off the bench, look at what we can. Juve are a formidable team that needs a tweak, would you say that would be the same for us.

When we burn, because we will, as this is the prem league and as has been proven year in year out, (Aside of 1 miracle season last year), its a squad you need, not a team.

Net spend is a load of shiit. Doesn't matter how much you spend. It's about what you spend it on. I'd rather our team now than the one we had last season.

Brendan spent £300mil. How much did we win?

Don't look at how much we have brought in. Look at the players who have left. Would you take any of them back? They were either crap, reserves or poor squad players. I'm amazed and pleased that we made some money. Fed up of being lynched in the transfer market. We have improved the team and that's all that matters to me. I've no doubt klopp could buy if he wanted to.

Henry, TC clowns and Rodgers spent and wasted over 100m plus of the clubs revenue on money ball, average, horse poo , over priced players....

I was agreeing with your argument until you said this.

I honestly expected a few big names this summer. But klopp has never signed a big name. The one time he did was when he had to beat Liverpool to mhki.

Hector is obviously happy in Germany. So he signed a new contract. Dahoud has a release clause of 8.5mil next summer. So why spend 25mil on him now.

The team has improved. The transfer window is not closed. We have made a lot of money so if a player comes up. I'm sure he will try for him.
