France will not win the euros i dont think. All the hype yesterday for the 4 hours building up to the game and also the 4 hours i wasted watching it was all about this Pogba guy. I can honestly say if juve are looking for 80 million for this guy then coutihno is worth at least 125 million. Thats not the 1st game ive watched where pogba was bad. All he does is "hoof" the ball forward into dangerous areas. Hes really strong on the ball and technically hes good for a tall guy but his decision making is poor.
I think theres a chance we could all get outta the groups (ireland. NI, wales and england). People are building this Belgium team up as if they are one of the best teams in the world. On paper they might be with individually some off the best players in the world, but as a collective team im not worried too much when we face them after sweden. Good luck to wales and england today lads.

Its always the same at every tournament Growler, the so called England fans that follow the team always embarrass our country. I honestly think FIFA should starting making us play games behind closed doors, not just friendlies either, important games. Every tournament its England fans misbehaving and smashing up the local businesses and every time our government or police force blame it on a minority, its not a minority, its every single time.
Could you imagine if we hosted a tournament and foreign supporters started smashing up our streets and businesses? Their would be full on riots everywhere.
Rant over! Absolute horseshit Chris. If you had taken the time to look into it as opposed to just skimming the media headlines, you'd realise that the "english hooligans" had absolutely nothing to do with it. The English fans were attacked by the Marseille Ultras - completely un-announced and unprevoked. England has a following of thugs like any other country, but don't ignorantly judge any conflict blindly or sharing an opinion without actually looking into it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always the place where a few "names" become bigger ones, and a few unknowns spring up. Romania's Sapanaru was very offensive at full back. At 32, unlikely to be a big surprise to move to a big club but I was impressed with the way he exploited space and beat Evra time and time again. Evra is clearly the weak link in the France side based on what I saw. Coman made a big difference off the bench yesterday. Really rate him. We all know what Payet can do.
Embolo has emerged from the bench and already offered a lot for Switzerland in attack. Really impressed with Dzemaili. Again, an experienced 30, but really eager to beat players with the ball at his feet.
Rodriguez has been linked with the PL, and he has looked very very good for Switzerland. Really intelligent full back. Also, Seferovic may not have scored (so far) but has looked for lively, and has shown terrific movement all game. One to watch.
Hysaj has played one of the balls of the tournament so far for Sadiku. At 22, we might see a lot more of him in the last couple of years. they were against albania, we'll have to see how he does throughout the euros, if switzerland make the knockout rounds etc, but I still don't think I'll be in favour. I'd prefer hector, but after the euros probably have to overspend on both if we wanted either

At the rate the scummy meat head vile inguuuulund inguuuuuulund so called fans are behaving, the team could be booted out of the tournament soon anyway. We are both reading from the same ranting soap box, not hiding behind the usual excuses of....it wasn't us that started it, it ws local yoofs lah de hah yada yada yada [oops]. My bladder burnt out this morning watching those bouncing bufoons with arms stretched out yelling obscenities at the French Russians, locals, rozzers etc etc. What such a fine example we are to the rest of the world ey? No small wonder we are hated and despised by so many foreigners, drunken lazy scummy trouble seeking yobby p1ssed up lowlife disgusting bass turds of an apology to the human race. Even goading isis too FFS! I'm sure they're quaking in terror too.

Hodgson, as usual, blew it with his game management. The subs were poor - Kane was struggling and Vardy should have come on against those geriatric Russian CBs. Instead, two negative subs, sit back and concede the inevitable last minute equaliser. Roy Hodgson is a shittstick! I thought Sturridge should have come on. Kane and Sterling were disappointing. It was partly bad luck but Hodgson didn't maximise the chances of winning so no sympathy. 4 tournaments matches, 3 goals, 0 wins under Hodgson.

Upsetting scenes but only caused by a minority of England fans not by all England fans.
