status Shane Long has scored 43 Premiership goals in 204 Premiership games. His best season goals wise is the most recent one where he scored a grand total of 10. Do you seriously want this player signed for big money to lead our attack? If so then get used to more 8th placed finishes.

status can we trust klopp with transfers then? it shouldn't be about trust anyway, it should be about improving the team, which klopp has done at dortmund and mainz to get here

Has Klopp told you himself? It could be and hopefully is paper talk and speculation. If Klopp wants to sign players of the calibre of Shane Long and Danny Drinkwater then I seriously worry for our future. However I don't believe this to be the case and am hoping its all paper talk.

I like Ings, Ings/Sturridge,Long & Origi be fine with me. Fine, so Long is 4th choice and bearing this in mind, along with his goal scoring exploits, (or lack of) he should be costing less than £10million, considerably less.
