Yes he is, I noticed him for Algeria in the World Cup a couple of years ago and he was exceptional.
I can't see this one happening though because Porto are usually difficult to deal with, demanding top money before selling their key players.

well he's either a replacement for coutinho or firmino is he not? we'd pay 47 million for someone who has done basically nothing in the league all season, turns up for 3/7 games in the CL against chelsea and tel aviv, and is probably not going to be much better as a left winger than coutinho.
When we more suitably need someone who can play on the right, for much cheaper perhaps franco vazquez or lucas muriel? First and foremost ofc a CM and LB. For saying how good a team this guy is playing in, I'm surprised he hasn't done more, has he just cruised this season, or am I missing something

apparently we're closing in 45m, hope he can play on the right, or is just very expensive backup for firmino or I'm not going to be a happy bunny.
he becomes our marquee signing if it it goes through and our most expensive ever in history. I wonder what he brings to our attack to improve it by 45m, maybe he will connect our mid to our attack better from CAM or I'm living in hope.

This fella left Granada for 6million euros (£4mil) about 2 years ago.
He isnt even close to Being an elite player.
This is way too much money.
