We were talking about this in the pub the TV money has evened it out I don't think Leicester will be the last, no longer hopefully will we see a procession of a few top clubs winning the league year after year.

You could start to see what we had in the 1970's where within reason any team could win it at the start of the season

Hopefully they are not the last. Makes for a better league in my opinion. Congrats to the Champions. Let's see how many of thier players will be poached.

Yes TV money will even it out to a significant extent, but I don't think this is the reason Leicester won it, it's just that they had a few top players who nobody knew, all performing to their best under a very experienced and decent manager. Some sort of a perfect storm.

exactly that's surely a bigger problem for leicester than, what people are talking about, them needing to invest a lot of money, because if they keep this group of players together they can surely get at least top four next season? man utd already on players who have been key to leicester's style kante.

Yeah I'd agree with that. It all fell right for them this season with no real injury worries (they only used 23 players this season, the lowest in the league) with the traditional top teams all doing well. I can't imagine another season like it so will fully expect the top teams to be up there next season with Leicester lucky to be in the top half.

Well done to them though. It's a great story but I would say a one off.
