Fair enough it's about opinions but all of our back four and keeper make too many individual errors. it's true over the course of the season they do, but next season the team itself will be more settled I'd hope, and I don't think klopp is going to take too many more chances with any of them if he can help it

lovren is a decent defender, kolo was arguably our best player night last - yea ok that might say something, but mignolet didn't do anything wrong last night I don't know entirely know what you mean by imagine what klopp can do if we're entirely referring to the defence, we already know a left back perhaps like Hector from cologne would be more solid than moreno. Moreno had a good game until the final few minutes - stating as fact. I'm more interested in the midfield and the attack, and our style in general. New left back, defensive-minded midfielder, wide player, striker. Possibly a new goalkeeper, playmaker, or another wide player, or anyone good that suits Klopp and comes available for cheap. +1 klopp might want to throw in a left mid or a b2b cm in there too, but klopp won't sign too many new players obviously. it's obvious to understand why people say I look at that squad and I wouldn't be desperate to keep any body, when most of our problem is we lack quality in the spine, or that quality can't be brought out as best yet.

Not who to get rid of but who to keep. We are fcuking awful. Thought even though we beat Utd and Dortmund then again last night. There is not one player I would fight to keep hold of. Said it before but we need a new back five before we can even think of the awful midfield. James Milner? What must Jan molby think watching him.
I bet klopp watches our games thinking these boys are absolutely sh&te.
As for the second leg and the we will beat them at anfield logic, not if Moreno, clyne or mignonet have anything to do with it! Your being incredibly harsh on Clyne and Milner. Personally I think Clyne has been brilliant for us since signing, he's solid defensively and always offers an option on the right wing as well. I wish we could clone him and have him at left back too! Milner has got the most assists out of any Premiership player in 2016, what more do you want from someone who also covers every blade of glass in every game?

The No1 priority for Klopp MUST be a World Class Goalkeeper. I believe most of our defensive problems come from the players having no cohesion because of a Goalkeeper who doesn't communicate with them, telling them what's happening around them. It's also evident Mignolet's decision making at times is hard to fathom which makes those around him uncomfortable. Mignolet's distribution is also awful...time and again when he kicks upfield it either sails out of play, through to the opposing Keeper or defence. Mignolet's distribution should be another outlet of offence like Pepe's Exocet arm but it just isn't!

Our squad has got a lot of good players. If we can get some players that suit Klopp's tactics and have a bit more quality, we should do fine. No, we have a few good players and no consistent top player

I'm not too concerned about that sort of counter attacking style football kick and rush, although a keeper's distribution helps with possession football, if klopp signs a keeper it should be more for his reflexes at close range/presence than his speciality of distribution. we only need standard distribution

Yes we have too many squad players, and too few top quality players.
When the likes of Firmino and Lallana always are in the starting line up you know something isn't quite right.

No, we have a few good players and no consistent top player doesn't make sense to me because sturridge was a consistent top player, and you could argue has been fairly this season. I think it shows it's more to do with the Team, than just an individuals ability to make an impact, as there is no better player perhaps talent wise than DS15. In some time, a few seasons, a player can naturally improve within a team, find his place, and become more paramount. origi had started to do that this season, we had the right environment for him.

I don't believe in all those negative comments made immediately after a defeat, nor indeed those extravagantly positive ones made after a win. We have some decent players, we need some more. No one, and I mean no one, including the likes of Barca and Bayern has a squad, or even a first eleven, all made of world class players. In Klyne, Lovren, Can, Coutinho, Firmino, Origi and Sturridge, I believe we have a very decent spine. We need to strengthen in several positions including goalkeeper, center and left back, and wingers. A prolific striker like Morata or Aubameang could do us wonders as well.

I'd tend to agree imadk, except I have mu doubts about Firmino he hasn't shown any thing like being lLiverpool quality yet and is very inconsistent. Then with Sturridge isn't it a toss of a coin whether he's fit or not? Even Coutinho is a bit hit and miss. There's a fragility about this squad that is a constant worry rather than a constant source of optimism. As some other posters said I wouldn't fight to keep any of them, and that's just not good enough if you want to win the league and compete in the CL.
