The establishment don't like to criminalise themselves or even their willing servants. The most we're likely to see is possibly some minor member set up as a fall guy. This went all the way to the top of the dungheap, but you can bet those that are still alive wont be even implicated let alone charged. What I expect them to do is absolve the victims of the blame they put on them, but shy well away from laying charges or blame, even posthumously.
