He's obviously got good feet from the evidence of this clip, and has skill (although most defenders in the premier league don't dive/lunch in for the tackle most of the time) so I don't know how many times he'd be able to go past a player. Isn't 10 million a bit too high? I'd only take him if he was prepared to work hard, like gerard deulofeu, who has 7 assists and 1 goal in 10 appearances from right attacking midfield this season.
Well another money ball project that Klopp has nothing to do with he looks like a poor man's Nanni !.
I don't know anything about this player, however I do know that the market is generally a good judge of a players ability and on that basis a player valued by the market at 10m is not currently at Liverpool quality requirement level. We've squandered hundreds of millions on this level of player since FSG took over in pursuit of a moneyball experiment that has brought us nothing but failure and embarrassment. Signing more of these hopefuls is a NO, NO for me.

Leicester bought Mahrez for £375K and Kante for £5.5 million, so players cannot be judged by price tags and stats alone, that's where Liverpool have gone wrong recently, we need good scouting and knowledge of the player/system to fit into, Benteke looks good on stats but just won't fit into how we want to play, so stats mean nothing.
If Klopp thinks he will fit into his system, we/FSG should back him.
I don't mind klopp having more of a gamble on one of the lesser priority wing positions, if he's a good outlet (there is 5 other so a total of 6 men in the attack which should move as a unit in attack and defence), will stretch defences and get the ball in the box. I know I've previously said liverpool aren't a crossing team, and it's true we're not a natural crossing side (haven't been since pre torres and then when we tried to make carroll our number 9), but since we're using a form of 433, 4231 we're going to have to start making these links between right back and striker, and attacking wingers and striker to maximise the goals we score.
What I do mind is klopp not adding reliable quality to our most important areas like CM, GK, LM.
I do not know anything about this player, but we are very short of wingers/midfielders with real pace on the break/to get behind teams, Sterling was never replaced and Ibe is young and inexperienced, hopefully he will improve but there are no guarantee's. Markovic is coming back, but he never really appeared to have real pace, he reminded me abit of Patrick Berger style of play.
So I do think we could do with a fast winger, not necessarily to just cross, but as part of a 3 prong attack with 2 from Sturridge/Firminho/Ings/Benteke, with Coutinho just behind them, so they can rotate, abit like the formation Rodgers had when we had Suarez, Sturridge and Sterling and defences could not cope.
