Matic is a good enough player, averaging 2.6 tackles per game in the PL this season, will be more reliable than lucas in midfield I'd think. Funny that Can is averaging 0.1 more though, but then Can is averaging 0.1 less in interceptions, can't see Emre losing his place to the serb.

If he is leaving chelsea we should be looking at him. If he can rediscover his old form he would an brilliant signing

I read in a paper a few weeks back that we were having a look at Fernando(?) from City - if we're in the market for a new DM then Matic would defo be an option if Chelsea are selling.

Can is coming along nicely though - just hope we don't do anything to hinder his progress.
