What were the chances of our game vs Man Utd in the last round
and then Klopp having a reunion with Dortmund in this round.
They have even managed to get an all Spanish tie thrown in as well.

As well as BVB, would not want any of the three Spanish teams - even Bilbao, they are feisty devils that Basque team. yes can remember playing Athletico back in 84 gave us a really tough game, 0-0 at home and an Ian Rush goal got us over the line away 1-0. I can remember the basques being very patriotic, only signed players from the Badque region, very good policy bit like the Yorkshire Cricket team only signed people born in Yorkshire, times have changed now tho...

I'd be for the return of a max of 4 foreigners playing - would get rid of the mercenaries who blag their respect for our clubs and league and would give local players a chance to breakthrough.When you see how poor our teams have performed in the Champions League for the past few years, it may be a better approach and and did not do any harm last time. Unfortunately EU employment rules would not permit it. Maybe the Basques get away with it do on some sort of positive discrimination rule.
