In my experience of the 1970,s any club could lead to violence back then but some were notorious Leeds millwall etc I got a good kicking at Lime street from Spurs fans as I recall United of course had some vicious fans but then so did Liverpool but there were certain clubs as above where you knew there would be big trouble every time
your completely right Stanley, Leeds and Millwall were notorious but the ICF were prbably the most famous because they were the most organised, West Ham, Chelsea and Millwall were the main ones who turned out for England games and enough said about that at the time...

Just my thoughts anyway..

Weetabix with cold milk and a nip of sugar for breakfast this morning.

Delicious I must say and very healthy.

Making chants about Munich is bang out of order. I'm glad we didn't sink to their level.

That said, they are scum, and they like it that way. They call us the bin dippers, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Football is nothing without rivalry, and our hatred, in a way is a sign of respect. You don't hate a club that isn't important. They are our greatest rivals, and I will continue to hat them, call them scum, and enjoy the rivalry.

That said, I have many friends who are United friends, and we have always been civil and respectful about non-football related things. The banter is healthy.

I grew up on oats and I'm still on it, of course in my bed sitter single days I did flirt with the Wheetabix for a while, but came back to my first love eventually and never regretted the reunion. Strongly recommend the old 'stirabout'.
