simple enough.dont let the scum have an away goal at least Problem is we concede every game without fail. I'm tempted to say we just throw the kitchen sink at it and hope for a 3 - 1 type result. It sounds suicidal but Utd wouldn't be expecting it and would be better than a controlled 1 - 1 result. I honestly don't know how to go about it, I just hope we put in a performance and don't gift them the tie.

It's fa cup weekend after it isn't it? Could work in our favour in that we can just go all out and they will inevitably have one eye on the weekend.

Should be an exciting tie for both sets of fans, don't agree with the prediction of easy victory tho, it will be tight, United will try to finish it in the first leg with s couple of away goals and Van Gaal will feel confident of schooling us yet again. From our point of view United are not in great form so we have a good chance of catching them and there's also no talisman in Wayne, think we need to start Benteke and give them an ariiel threat he can also get back and defen our Achilles heel of defending corners. Should be competitive tho, hope the both sets of fans behave themselves with no ugly chanting, the eyes of Europe will be on this one and we don't want to come out in a bad light...

i hope liverpool dont get a penalty as morally it would be wrong for liverpool to have anything like this any more according to some . Yeah, it's not the first time there's been such a furore over a rare penalty we get. When we are awarded one it appears we are held to a higher standard than anyone else. However, can you imagine 94th minute against United and it being 'soft' there would be calls for us to be demoted to the Championship I'd imagine

I would go with 2 up top Sturridge and Benteke.

I want to say back 3, open match, set piece threat, get benteke pumped and scoring, but I know klopp's unlikely to do that for some, good reason
