Liverpool's penalties were poor I thought. Really doesn't matter though because you can't bank on winning on pens. We played for 120 minutes and while we didn't create that much in that time, we were very solid and all our players played well and did all they could. We were just unlucky on the day.

we lost on pens.... but the pens also highlighted the quality difference. each one of their pen was low and as tight to the corner as you can get. in contrast, our pens were inconsistent, inaccurate, weak and put chipped at heights that give the keeper a chance.
