I didn't see enough of Dalglish to appreciate him fully so I'd go with Suarez, Barnes and Gerrard in no particular order, an amazing trio.
Barnes is my all time favourite and scored the equaliser in the first game i went to see which was at Highbury when i was about 13 or 14 years old, i think it finished 2-2 and i can remember punching a Steve Nicol clearance back onto the pitch. Gerrard brings back so many great moments over a whole decade or more and Suarez was just a force. For all his faults we were luck enough to have one of the modern games greatest players for a couple of season, outrageously good.

Torres scored against Arsenal and Chelsea in the quarter and semi final of the champions league, Suarez never managed that, his biggest goals came at Goodison Park and Old Trafford and I think Torres matched that. Suarez flopped in his Liverpool's biggest games as in League Cup final against Cardiff, F..A Cup final against Chelsea and when we really needed him most against Chelsea when Gerrard slipped, these are the facts unfortunately. I don't want to take anything away from Suarez as he was a fantastic player for us and near won us the league however he didn't turn up when we needed him most, since then he has gone on to become the player he threatened to become at Liverpool but for me Torres was a bit better calibrate wise while at Liverpool and did it in the biggest games... Suarez scored against Arsenal and City in a title Race, and against Chelsea the season before. He's scored at the Ethihad, he's scored at the bridge, he's scored at White Hart Lane, and he's scored at the Emirates at various points in his career with us. Torres never won anything with us, and although Suarez didn't win much, at least he won something! Torres never managed a 31 goal season either. True, Suarez never played in the CL with us, so we don't know how it would have gone in that situation, but he scored in the semi-final of the FA cup against Everton, and he scored plenty of goals in that year's run up to the FA Cup Final and League Cup final. He also scored 2 against Zenit in the Europa league knock outs that would have sent us through if Carra passed it to Hulk at the death to give it up on away goals. Given the way he played in Barca's treble, he probably would have done just as well as Torres in the CL for us, given the opportunity. Besides, Kuyt scored in a CL final for us and in the league cup final, as well as . Does that make him a better striker than both of them? Obviously not. ok so we go back to the word levels again, do you think scoring goals in the early rounds of cup competitions are the same as scoring goals in the more pressurised finals maybe ask Ronalso of Brazil in France 1998, yes he scored plenty of Leagues goals during the campagn but those goals at Old Trafford, Goodison Park or the 4 or 5 he always used to get against Norwich are they the same as scoring the goals we really needed against Chelsea when Gerrard slipped or even when he failed to show up against City and we needed a bit of luck to get past City with a late goal from Cortinho. All about Levels... Suarez put Sterling through to score the opening goal in the game against City. He couldn't do it alone and when we failed at home to Chelsea etc it wasn't through Suarez bottling it, it was because as a team we didn't play well enough and didn't create chances to score. He scored 30 odd goals with a lot of those created by himself, id say that he fulfilled his part of the deal, its just a shame we shipped a few dozen at the other end of the pitch e.g. Palace away.

Those two statements contradict eachother. Which is it? He set up Sterling against City, got a goal and an assist against Palace, and he set up two against Newcastle. That's showing up when the pressure is on. Also, it's really hard to take your opinions about lfc seriously when you can't spell our number 10's name.

It might have escaped you, but those games were the last 4 of a title challenge. Massively important. That's why I mentioned them. He also scored against United, Chelsea, Spurs, and Arsenal. You must not have been paying attention. I only mention the spelling because consistently doing so indicates a lack of attention paid. It's on the back of his shirt, and he's arguably our best player, FFS!

I would rather concentrate on his four biggest games for us full stop which were the two cup finals and final two league games and he never showed up in either. I don't want to take anything away from the lad because he was a fantastic player for us but to put him in the category as best ever on the back of two good seasons where he never played at the highest level for me is wrong, just the way I see it...

Didn't show up in the last two games? What are you talking about?!
In the final two league games he got a goal and 3 assists! He was a constant threat in those games and a Newcastle player got sent off because they couldn't do anything but kick him. He also had a free kick ruled out because the ref was mucking about!
In that FA cup final you mentioned, he wasn't his best, but created Carroll's goal and it was his cross that set up Carroll for what would have been the second had there been goal line technology. Hardly anonymous.

Hardly anonymous. you seem to mention this assist thing quite a lot, we don't want him assisting he was centre forward for our team his job was to be on the end of assists, if he is assisting like you say instead of scoring then that's why he never scored against Chelsea when we needed him to do his job the most, surely....
