i think Le Tiisier and Gerrard are both similar in some ways, both fantastic players ability wise, both played for clubs that were not world class so never provided them with the platform to be world clas, both big fish in little ponds and both should of left the game with more than they should of medals wise, both have been accused of liking the comforts of home and lacking ambition, I think you lack ambition as well by supporting LFC and you a minute fish and I'd better not say where

dont you think it's big games and pressure and how players perform in them define them, in any sport for that matter, remember Brazilian Ronaldo in France 98 he was the star of the tournament and then buckled in the defining game which was the final and at the same time Zidane stood up and was counted, this at the time showed the difference...
There is pressure in every game, that was a career defining moment for zidane not ronaldo, that doesn't mean brazil's ron is not a world class forward. Like I said it's stingy/ungenerous to think otherwise, maybe you're right then, the term world class is banded around too much for too many players. i think the Brazilian Ronaldo did later on become world class, he demonstrated it in the World Cup final in Japan where he scored, my point is at the time he wasn't ready to become world class because he couldn't handle the pressure and for whatever reason he failed to deliver. A world class player answers all questions and ticks all boxes, think of Pele, Maradonna, Cryuff, Beckanbaur, Figo, Zidane e.t.c. They all demonstrated and delivered on the big stage on more than one time, which proved it wasn't a one off and that they truly belonged at that level. Going back to Suarez, Liverpool never played in big career defining games even tho that wasn't his fault it's still a fact and another one was our four biggest games he never showed up. Since then however Suarez has delivered for Barcelona in winning the league and scoring and winning the champions league, he is growing into the world class player many thought he would become at Liverpool, but while he was here there is no way he was world class... So he became world class by putting a shirt on, very clever.

It's a disgrace Spangles,I don't believe for a second that you're pretending to be something you're not.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

I didn't insult a single person....I asked a question. You on the other hand have taken the hypocritical approach by calling people 'dregs'.

On his way?
He's been there. He's still there. He isn't leaving.
but he hasn't done it for Liverpool tho had he, the biggest games he played in for us he flopped in also playing at Okd Teaffird and Goodison park is hardly the pinnacle is it, he hadn't even appeared in the champions league so how was he playing at the world class level for Liverpool... He matched the all time premier league goal scoring record while not taking pens. He's world class now, he was world class with us.
