Exactly they put their hatred of fsg before liverpool. fsg wouldn't even care what they did. I bet shankly would of been disgusted.

FSG is Liverpool they own the club they could turn it into a baseball team if they wished. It's the reverse of what you are saying I presume you don't remember shankly personally if you do you will recall his speaches on St George's hall. If you don't remember that then look at the inscription on his statue behind they kop can you tell me what it says ?
stanley people won't know who Shanks was because he was before the Premier League began, nothing existed before that...

Look at the facts stan. 2-0 up before it and 2-2 after it. Coincidence? Like it or not that's the fact of the matter and we'll never know for sure if it was a factor. Support from the crowd has always been a huge thing in football and all this looks to have done is hurt the team.

It's okay they won't listen. I get the impression spangles is pleased about it, because as he said, liverpool is nothing without the people.

If the draw hurt the team then it hurt fsg. If mass walkouts can affect results fsg will take it seriously than if wr had still won.

10000 fans not buying tickets may or may not have an affect on fsg. 10000 fans walking out during the match will cause a far greater impact because the match is televised globally.

Well if support from the crowd is a major factor why is harming that support going forward going to be good for the team going forward? Thats the whole point which has gone over your head. Without fans football is nothing

Exactly massive embarrassment for Ayre and FSG. And the ear for them is this is a continuing escalating campaign. And the worst people to face are Liverpool people who by nature are very protective when they feel their interests are being harmed

Look, I don't agree with the ticket pricing. But I don't agree with not supporting the team and hurting the team, as that's all this is going to do. It would have been much better to just stay away and as others have said, booing just before and as leaving again was un-necessary.

What impact would staying away actually have? The tickets the home supporters boycott will be purchased by tourists etc?

The match starting with a few thousand empty seats does not have the same impact as a few thousand people walking out midway through a televised match.

FSG hardly rely on ticket sales as a main source of income because alot of money the club makes is from tv rights, sponsors and merchandise. 10000 less tickets sold will have no affect on FSG. They need to be embarrassed and this was certainly a great way of doing that.

Im not even from Liverpool but support what the fans have done wholeheartedly.

It might not have distracted the team and we might have won the game?

Like I've said, I don't support the ticket price rises but I'm also not going to support anything that hurts the team.

Stuff the team some things are more important than individual games we are talking about the future of the club and it's relationship with the fans it's gets no more fundamental than that. and as I have said before it was well publicised before and if it came as a shock and put them off none of them deserve to be at the club anyway bunch of pansies
