I was at the Exeter and West Ham game. I have been very impressed with Kevin Stewart his movement, tackling and passing, covering for the full backs and his all round game play was spot on both games if I remember correctly he was signed from Spurs as a right back. Seen him a few times at right back in friendlies and didn't think much of him. It's only been 2 games but credit where it's due 👍

Needs to work on his shooting (or more accurately not shooting from stupid distances/angles and blazing it over) but as a DM he did well, particularly in the first half yesterday

I was more impressed by João Teixeira against WH, deserved his standing ovation, even if it wasn't the hardest of games. He and Brannagan did well together and did themselves proud.
Allen and Stewart both had poor games in the second half, even if they gave everything in terms of pressing, and trying to win the ball in the middle of the field by getting tight to west ham's players when tracking back. Didn't provide enough structure to be honest, even when west ham were letting liverpool play out of defence, there wasn't enough structure there.

Him and Brannagan both impressed me yesterday, I would like to see them given a chance in league games but I don't think we'll see either of them until the replay now.

I thought it was one of his poorer games usually he is the spark but didn't see much of that.

Yeah I agree, I think it would be a good move if they did get some game time see what they can do with quality players around them

Can you expect to see spark behind Benteke? even firmino in his favoured position doesn't show that much 'spark', only on rare occasions, even when he has one of his best games behind the belgian against leicester and gets man of the match, he showed no spark just great work rate to take the ball into a wide area and cut it back to get the assist.

Yes saw that yesterday too. We might even be able to score from a set piece for the first time since last season then!
