If we had a more consistent attack, we'd start to have a more consistent defence.
The man utd goal is avoidable - no one is going to pressure the short corner, and about 2 or 3 players are trying to mark fellani at once. I don't think we'd of been in that situation had we taken the lead. Different with arsenal, can doesn't get back quick enough to stop arsenal's campbell putting it through to ramsey.

That all just leads us back to the fact that we have a manager managing someone else's team. While I'd agree with Darcus that the results aren't getting better the over all team performance is improving. He's been in charge for what? 15 games? Many posters said Klopp needs to be judged after he's brought in a few players of his own, expecting a team full of ballerinas to dance to heavy metal is setting yourself up for disappointment. This is an interesting take on it. http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2016/jan/18/liverpool-jurgen-klopp-transfer-committee

And who says a manager needs a couple of transfer windows, or "x" amount of time? Look at what Ranieri is doing, and Bilic, and Flores etc etc...

TBF all of those clubs had and still have better players than us.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

The players too comfortable to be angry about a defeat. They're still making millions while underperforming. It's been happening for the past few years.LFC has become the club that throws money at less than average players and expecting world beaters. And I'm sure other players just relishing to come to LFC and collect cash for doing absolutely nothing.

That's true (Ranieri and co) but they've also had the benefit of bringing in some players and more importantly their key players haven't been out for the whole season. A fit Sturridge and Ings could've made a massive difference to us against United, West Ham, West Brom. Watford, Newcastle Palace...

Our ability to beat teams like West Brom, Palace & Watford should not hinge on the fitness of 1 part time striker, and 1 who was playing non-league football 4 seasons ago. Shambles.
