Perhaps there is a need to give Sturridge a say though do you not think? If it wasn't true he would have come out and defended himself by now surely. Also what about the times under Klopp where Sturridge has said he is fit to play and Klopp has said no because he hasn't been training properly? So HE, Sturridge, a man who is just lazy with a bad attitude and wants to rob the club of his weekly wage has said he's fit to play but been held back by the manager?? How is that Sturridge not wanting to play?

I don't believe I've said anything about him being lazy or having a bad attitude? The evidence is there that he has a serious mental block when it comes to little knocks and he must learn to man up as I've said before.

He is contracted to provide football services if he is found to be wilfully fabricating injuries to avoid his contract then the club may have a legal remedy

I'm sure we'll here all about it in Gerrards third book if not from Sturridge or Klopp before. You make him out to be some kind of shirker when you know fukk all about the ins and outs of it and while he's shown no tendanvies to have a bad attitude all the time he's been here. I'm sure if he's sold and starts banging in goals for his new team you'll be the first to moan and slate FSG for selling our best players.

You say I know Fukk all well that puts me on a par with the Liverpool manager who has recently gone in the press to say he has no idea what's wrong with Sturridge. All I know as a fan is he rarely plays for the club from one year to the next with no explanation that's all I need know.

Sounds like you think you know something like he's faking injuries and taking the [oops] out of us. Is that not the case? He's had a torrid time with injuries in the last few seasons (wasn't so bad when we finished second) and instead of trying to understand you rant and rave about him swinging the lead when you don't know that's what he's doing. If you ask me, in his time here he's shown nothing to suggest that's the case. I just find it funny how quick people turn on players. What if he gets fit in the next couple of weeks and stays fit and bangs in a few goals. I bet your opinion will change as quick as then and I also bet you won't want him sold either?

He's a good striker which makes it all the more frustrating we saw him today in his familiar role of sitting in the stand, These injuries have been going on for years and it was the same at Chelsea (which was why they sold him) same at city as well. You are obviously comfortable with his contribution can you tell me what's wrong with him at the moment ?

We'd certainly be contenders for top4 with a fit Sturridge playing each week. But i think we should just forget about him. He struggled to stay fit under Rodgers - he has no chance with Klopp's supposedly tough training regime, and will just get worse. His absence is probably to ensure he is in one piece when we sell him in the summer. We're preserving him for 6 months in the hope he'll have enough in the tank to pass a medical. Sad, but there you go.

You are obviously comfortable with his contribution can you tell me what's wrong with him at the moment ? Take a look back at his record. He wasn't injured much at all before last season. No more than anyone else from what I've seen anyway. Chelsea sold him because he was behind 4 other strikers and he wanted to play football. If he was the kind of character you're making him out to be, then surely he would have just sat on the bench at Chelsea would he not? And I don't know what's wrong with him at the moment and have never said I do unlike you saying he's basically swinging the lead.
