I know we are going to get a succession of disappointed threads and rightly so but can (no pun) I just say I was impressed with him today his general play his progression and his aggression I think he might develop into a Liverpool legend for he is developing at a rate of knots might be a small silver lining and something to build the new team around because we sure need a new team we can all see that

I have been unimpressed up to now but yes he is slowly winning me over. Still very frustrating though at times.

The only less good things he did today were a few bad second touches on the ball - and he lost it to Wham players. But I think he is getting better at controling the ball too.

A team with him and Hendo in it is so far more aggressive and up to it than what we saw today.

I think we can also say that Firmino needs a long rest now and re charge his batteries or something. What a truly shocking display from him. Doesn't even try to head the ball - is he afraid of that? Many missed passes and absolutely no idea how to play the ball to his team mates.

I like Can and think he'll come good. I think he needs an experienced head next to him though like Henderson or a n other who might come in to help him learn.

Can and Moreno are great talents that just need time to develop better decision making, same as Hendo when he first got here

Can needs an experienced player alongside him that controls the game and Can would watch his back

Smith looks to be a lot better than Moreno already. And after Klopp's analysis today, I fully expect Moreno to be on the bench for a few weeks.

I think Can's biggest problem right now is that he does not have a clear understanding of his role on the pitch

Emre Can, Grujic and Toni Kroos that would be our midfield sorted.


Get rid of Henderson, Allen, Lucas.


Make Kroos captain and that is our midfield in excellent condition.

Henderson has a role to play and Grujic is an unknown talent, he could be the new Gerrard, he could easily be the new Salif Diao, lets hope he turns out to be awesome!

Kroos would be an amazing signing but I doubt the club's ability to pull off such a coup.
