I have no doubt that the PL title would have been ours now if we hadn't suffered so many damned injuries.
The outlook is slightly optomistic for the next season I reckon, and they don't come much more pessamistic than me.

have to admit the mancs have some great players but what a pathetic club really they are!!! is that fanfare music blaring out at the start of each home game [oops] take??? the "fans" lost their voices??? the team comes out to that trumpet [oops] like a bunch of degenerate gladiators... the manc crowd are a bunch of glory hunting [oops], only sing when they're winning and even then it's not up to anything! no wit, no songs, no soul, nothing!

Am I feeling bitter? Well I reckon a rotten lemon would taste sweet in comparison today! BUT as I write this I'm absolutely brimming with pride at being a RED!

Speaking of crowds and their support, a big hats off to the West Brom fans. They were still singing right to the end of the match, even knowing they are going down. They even gave the bloke who stuffed up for Stevie's goal a standing ovation knowing he felt like crap.

yeah they were great yesterday! Shame they are going down as they do play some nice football.

Got to agree. Felt decidedly sad and slightly emotional for them tbh.
Great attacking team, great fans and a really good manager.
I sincerley hope we see them back in the Prem. 2010/11 season.

The thing I admired about them is that they didn't goon a big spending spree once they got in. They trusted the majority of the players that got them there.

I hope they can get back up after next season!
