Red_Scouser Under 23 Player Joined: May 2011 Posts: 2,069	No Coutinho or Sturridge and its the same old story. Lucky against Swansea, unlucky today to lose but still no where near good enough. This isn't a thread to have at the manager to support Brendan. It's not the manager's fault. The player are just not good enough collectively. No player ratings this game but Lucas was terrible. Ibe no end product. Milner worked hard. Lovren and Clnye did fine. Over-reliant on Sturridge and Coutinho and Lallana to a lesser degree. The linesmen was poor. This sort of thing was always going to happen but it's just a fukking waste! Must get some real quality in January to have any chance I feel.

RedJohn Under 23 Player R Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 1,542	There's just not enough quality in the squad. A midfield of Allen, Lucas and Milner is pathetic. It's almost like having 3 holding players. I like all 3 as squad players, they do have good qualities, but we need better to hope to challenge even the top 4. Lucas was really poor today. Really missing Henderson and Coutinho. No support for Benteke, Ibe seems more a proper winger and I'm not sure where Firmino should play? Hopefuly Sturridge, Henderson and maybe Coutinho start together soon, stay around the top 4 in Jan and bring someone in. I'd say top 4's still on.

It's hard to disagree with any of that I have been saying for ages we have a lack of quality forget Sturridge he rarely plays the only player we have true top quality is countinho for a club of Liverpool's stature that is not good enough IF YOU WANT TO BE HEARD SPEAK SOFTLY - BOB PAISLEY
