Sturridge is a [oops] pussyhole, when BR said it was his last chance at a big club i thought 'what is that guy smoking?'...now it all makes sense.

I don't think the problem is with his efforts to get back to fitness but with how he reacts to little niggles. Some players carry on through the pain, which goes away if it isn't a problem, but Sturridge seems to buckle the moment he feels the slightest twinge.

I've moved on from Sturridge. Him being out doesn't bother me nowadays.

Good player or not. Business is business and he can't earn his pay. Terminate contract. Pay him out.

So the scan comes back with no serious problems highlighted. I guess he will now be in the team for Sunday?

With Lucas and Couthino out I'd feel a lot better with him back in even for 20 minutes. While Swansea are in poor form they work the ball and we are vulnerable to a draw here. Be interesting to see if Klopp puts his arm round the lad and they have the necessary chat?

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

Looks like he is going to be the 1st casualty of the intensive training sessions of the Nornal one.
