Thoughts on this game? It's a long old trip, do we rest a few players, or go all out and hope for no injuries?
IMO we need to win this as the Europa is a comp we have a good chance of winning. So I'd start:
-----------------Migs---------------
Clyne----Skrte---Lovren---Moreno
-------Allen-------------Milner-------
Lallana------Firmino----------Ibe
---------------Benteke---------------
Still a team that should be more than strong enough to see off Rubin, and makes sure we make good use of our squad players.
Then if we're two goals up at half time get benteke off and give Origi another run out

Its all abt to a top 4 finish for me this season....
Less games the better
If I was klopp, two main targets this season are top 4 finish, win domestic cup....
Longer we stay in the Europa , we damage the above two targets....squad is not big enuff to challenge on all fronts ....

José isn't included in the Europa League squad, so he's out. Could use him in the Carling Cup though.

You have a good point about consistency, but I would hate for anyone currently in the starting line up to pick up any additional injuries. The squad is already thin. The question is which is more attainable, top 4 finish or winning the Europa? The team could well crash out of Europa and finish in top 4. But it's a known fact that top 4 is a definite aim. I still think Europa should definitely be a priority. The issue is the squad will be stretched a bit much.

Most definitely, but I'm still sceptic of how they will approach the transfer window. Perhaps with Klopp on board things will be different in terms the quality coming in, if any.

If we're going to play weakened teams in any games to try and rest players due to our thin squad, then I'd rather it was in the domestic cups, Europa is more important IMO with the CL place available for the winner.
I think the order of priority should be:
League
Europa
FA Cup
League cup
Though I do think with just a few changes in each game, we have the ability to put out decent teams in all of them without over stretching our players
